           A View of Mount Vernon

The Bill of Rights Institute at Mount Vernon is a phenomenal experience.  The pictures on this page portray a view of Mount Vernon, the home of George and Martha Washington.  The home has an interesting history but what becomes most evident is the creativity and genius of Washington.  As you plan instructional activities about the Revolution, Colonial America, or the Founding Fathers, these pictures may support your instructional practice. The Education Center is NEW and simply amazing.  George and Martha Washington always had many visitors at Mount Vernon.  Enjoy your visit!
